Job Title: Electrical Technician(Commercial Projects) -- Responsibilities:
- o Provide technical guidance, support, fostering a productive work environment.
- Project Planning & Execution:
- Ensure shift starting with proper work load distribution and ensure work is completed in

evening.
- Plan, schedule, and implement electrical installations from start to finish, interpreting

blueprints and technical drawings.
- Estimate material and labor needs, manage budgets, and ensure resource (manpower,

Tools) availability.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trade supervisors for seamless

integration.
- Safety & Quality Control:
- Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations as per site requirement.
- Perform regular safety inspections, ensure tools are up to the mark.
- Inspect electrical work to ensure high quality, compliance with industry standards and

client specifications.
- Technical Oversight & Troubleshooting:
- Oversee installation,



maintenance, and repair of power tools and tackles.
- Participate in testing, commissioning, and final handover processes.
- Ensure Distribution boards, electrical panel installation, cable glad fixing and wiring as

per route defined.
- Ensure Individual switch boards with proper wiring as per plan layout.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records, timesheets, and daily/weekly progress reports.
- Prepare documentation for inspections and project closeouts.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar leadership role in commercial

construction.
- Solid understanding of electrical codes and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and blueprints

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
