- Document and track interactions and inquiries using our CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely follow-ups.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills.
