Core Responsibilities
- Lesson Planning & Delivery

Design and teach lessons on topics like physical geography (landforms, climate), human geography (population, culture), and environmental issues.
- Curriculum Implementation

Follow school or board guidelines (such as CBSE, ICSE, or state boards) and ensure syllabus completion on time.
- Student Assessment

Create tests, assignments, and projects; evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Classroom Management

Maintain discipline, encourage participation, and create an engaging learning environment.
- Use of Teaching Aids

Incorporate maps, globes, atlases, GIS tools, videos, and presentations to make learning interactive.
- Field Work & Practical Learning

Organize field trips or map-reading exercises to help students understand real-world geography.
- Individual Support





Help students with different learning needs and provide extra guidance when required.
- Record Keeping & Reporting

Maintain attendance, grades, and progress reports; communicate with parents when needed.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of geography concepts
- Positive communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex topics
- Classroom management skills
- Basic tech skills (e.g., digital maps, presentations)

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Geography or related field
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is usually required
- In India, qualifying exams like CTET or state TET may be needed

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
