Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Video Editor, based at our office in Sansad Marg.

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Video Editor who knows how to turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content. This role blends strong storytelling with a mobile-first mindset and a deep understanding of what performs on today’s social platforms.

Job Timings: 10 am to 6 pm from Monday to Friday & 10 am to 2 pm on Saturday

Must Have: Ability to work full-time onsite and collaborate in person with founders and manage their personal brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit long-form videos (YouTube, podcasts, interviews) with strong narrative flow and pacing.
- Create engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts that hooks viewers quickly.
- Add captions, sound effects, transitions,



and light motion graphics to enhance engagement.
- Work across both desktop and mobile editing workflows, depending on content needs.
- Collaborate closely with content creators and marketing teams in an onsite, quick-moving environment.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and platform best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining consistent brand quality.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience editing short-form and long-form video content for creator/ personal brands.:
- Proficiency with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar software.
- Must own and regularly use a MacBook for editing, file management, quick rendering and creator workflows.
- Hands-on experience with mobile editing and creator apps, including Edits, Captions, Capcut and other popular social video tools.
