Hiring - Customer Relationship & Online Sales Executive (Fashion)
Li&Li; is hiring a female Customer Relationship & Online Sales Executive to handle WhatsApp enquiries, customer calls, follow-ups, and order conversion.
Key Requirements:
- Any Graduate / Diploma holder
- Good spoken English (mandatory):
- Experience in online sales / boutique sales / customer handling preferred
- Solid follow-up & convincing skills
- Basic fashion knowledge is an advantage (training provided)
Role Includes:
- Handling WhatsApp messages & calls
- Following up enquiries and converting orders
- Coordinating customer requirements with the team
Location: Thrissur (Office-based)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
