You will be responsible for delivering interactive sessions that enhance learners’ verbal aptitude, grammar, presentation, interpersonal, and interview skills in alignment with campus placement and corporate readiness objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct classroom and online sessions on Verbal Ability, Communication, and Soft Skills.
- Train students on GD, Interview Techniques, Resume Writing, and Corporate Etiquette.
- Create or adapt content and activities suited to the learners’ level.
- Evaluate students’ performance through tests, presentations, and practice tasks.
- Maintain session engagement using real-world examples, discussions, and role plays.
- Coordinate with academic teams for scheduling and progress tracking.

Required Skills:




- Excellent command over English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.:
- Strong presentation, communication, and motivational skills.
- Ability to handle diverse learner groups with enthusiasm and patience.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in English / Communication / Management / Education or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of training experience in verbal ability or soft skills.
