Key Responsibilities

Plan and conduct archery training sessions as per age group and skill level

Teach correct posture, stance, aiming techniques, and release methods

Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and equipment handling protocols

Identify and nurture talent for competitive and high-performance archery

Prepare athletes for competitions, trials, and tournaments

Maintain attendance, performance records, and progress reports

Assist in equipment maintenance, inventory, and setup

Promote discipline, mental focus, and ethical sporting behaviour

Coaching & Technical Duties

Design structured training modules (beginner, intermediate, advanced)

Conduct fitness, flexibility, and mental conditioning sessions relevant to archery





Evaluate athlete performance and provide corrective feedback

Stay updated with latest coaching techniques and competition rules

Qualifications & Certifications

Certification in Archery Coaching from a recognized federation/authority

Prior coaching or competitive experience in archery preferred

Knowledge of national and international archery rules and formats

Experience

1-3 years of coaching experience preferred

Experience in training competitive athletes is an added advantage
