About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Founder Principal to establish and lead a new Inter and Degree College branch. This is a senior leadership role responsible for academic excellence, institutional setup, admissions growth, faculty leadership, and overall campus operations.

- MPC with IIT-JEE integration

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete setup of a current Inter & Degree College branch
- Establish academic standards, systems, and institutional culture
- Design and implement curriculum aligned with boards, universities, and competitive exams
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage teaching and non-teaching staff
- Plan and support admissions strategy and student enrollment growth




- Oversee academic and administrative operations of the campus
- Ensure compliance with board, university, and regulatory requirements
- Handle student, parent, and stakeholder interactions
- Work closely with management on expansion and growth initiatives

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 15 years of experience in senior academic leadership roles
- Experience as Principal / Academic Head / Founder Head preferred
- Prior experience in setting up or scaling educational institutions is highly desirable
- Exposure to reputed Indian or international schools, colleges, or universities
