Job Title: Home Tutor (Primary & Secondary School)Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions at the student’s home or online.
- Develop customized lesson plans according to the student’s learning needs.
- Help students with homework, assignments, and exam preparation.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
- Identify learning gaps and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Encourage positive learning habits and discipline.
- Prepare students for school tests, board exams, and competitive exams (if applicable).

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in a relevant field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, adaptability, and passion for teaching.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for young learners.
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
- B.Ed. or teaching certification (optional but advantageous).
- Experience with CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum.




- Familiarity with online teaching tools (for virtual tutoring).

Working Conditions:
