Shift: Rotational (9-hour duty)

Minimum Education Qualification:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)

Experience:
Preferred: 0-1 years in Facility Management or Building Maintenance

Freshers with strong practical knowledge may also apply

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventive maintenance of electrical systems in commercial or industrial facilities

Operate and maintain LT Panels and associated switchgear

Replace and install electrical components such as switches, sockets, and lighting fixtures

Operate and troubleshoot various types of breakers including MCB, MCCB, ACB

Monitor and record energy meter readings; identify abnormal consumption patterns

Conduct basic load calculations to ensure safe electrical distribution

Respond to electrical faults and breakdowns promptly and efficiently

Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes





Coordinate with other facility teams for integrated maintenance tasks

Additional Skills & Knowledge:
Familiarity with single-line diagrams and electrical layouts

Basic understanding of BMS (Building Management Systems) is a plus

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Good communication skills and a proactive attitude

Willingness to work in shifts or on-call duty if required

Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):
Electrical Supervisor License

Safety Training Certifications (e.g., Fire Safety, Lockout-Tagout)

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
