Compensation: ₹25,000 Monthly Fixed + Quarterly Performance Incentives (Uncapped)

The Opportunity

We are looking for 2-3 high-energy "Hustlers" to join our founding team. We don’t want employees; we want future entrepreneurs who are passionate about urban farming, clean food, and building a brand from the ground up. You will have direct ownership of our B2B expansion and our "Farm Visit" experience vertical.

What You’ll Own:
B2B Growth: Identifying and closing deals with high-end cafes, restaurants, and organic stores in Bangalore for our hydroponic greens, pestos, and pasta sauces.

The "Farm Experience": Designing, marketing, and hosting paid farm visits. You will be the face of Aquafoundry, educating visitors on sustainable tech while driving on-the-spot sales.

Community & B2C: Developing creative strategies to grow our subscriber base and managing corporate event tie-ups.

Ops Liaison: Working closely with the farm team to ensure that what you sell is harvested and delivered with perfection.





Who You Are:
A "People Person": You can talk to a high-end chef, a corporate HR manager, or a group of school kids with equal ease.

The Hustler Mindset: You don't wait for instructions. You see a gap, you fix it. You see a lead, you close it.

Fresh Graduate: Preferably in Business (BBA/BMS), Agriculture, or Hospitality—but your "drive" matters more than your degree.

Local Navigator: You know Bangalore well and are comfortable traveling for client meetings and farm events.
