We are hiring an experienced Indian Chaat Chef responsible for preparing authentic and hygienic chaat items as per restaurant standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare all types of Indian chaat items such as pani puri, sev puri, bhel puri, dahi puri, papdi chaat, ragda pattice, samosa chaat, etc.
- Ensure taste consistency, quality, and presentation as per recipe standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the chaat counter and kitchen area.
- Check freshness of ingredients and manage daily stock requirements.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and service team for smooth operations.
- Follow food safety standards and proper storage methods.
- Control wastage and maintain portion control.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
