Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee cleanliness and

hygiene standards across the retail store. The role involves supervising housekeeping staff, ensuring

proper cleaning schedules, maintaining a secure and pleasant environment for customers and

employees, and complying with health and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations within the retail store
- Ensure cleanliness of sales floors, washrooms, offices, store rooms, and common areas
- Assign duties and manage shift schedules for housekeeping staff
- Monitor cleaning quality and ensure adherence to hygiene standards
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and raise purchase requests when required
- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety, and hygiene practices
- Handle customer or staff complaints related to cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with health,



safety, and sanitation regulations
- Prepare daily checklists, inspection reports, and attendance records

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor (preferably in retail, mall,

or commercial establishments)
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety practices
- Strong team supervision and coordination skills
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Basic knowledge of record-keeping and reporting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in retail store, mall, hospital, or hospitality housekeeping
- Knowledge of hygiene audits and safety standards
- Ability to handle emergency cleaning situations

Work Schedule:
- Rotational shifts / Weekends / Holidays as per store requirement

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
