UNext Learning is hiring target-driven Academic Counsellors with minimum 6 months experience in cold calling / tele sales. The role involves outbound calling, pitching academic programs, handling objections, and closing enrolments.

Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound cold calls:
- Pitch courses and convert leads into sales
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Requirements:
- 6+ months cold calling / sales experience:
- Excellent communication (English & Hindi):
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with pressure and targets
