Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the engineering program management function, ensuring successful execution of engineering programs and projects
- Develop and implement program management methodologies, processes, and best practices specific to engineering programs
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to engineering program managers and teams
- Monitor program progress, risks, and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Report program status and performance to senior leadership and stakeholders
