- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries politely and professionally
- Explain project details like location, price, payment plans, and offers
- Qualify leads (budget, requirement, site visit readiness)
- Schedule site visits for the sales team
- Follow up with interested customers via calls and WhatsApp
