Job Brief: The Program Coordinator plays a critical role in the end-to-end coordination and delivery of Enable India’s flagship program IncludAbility Leadership Course. This role requires strong organizational skills, stakeholder coordination, and comfort with on-ground execution. The role involves frequent travel across India to support in-person workshops,events, and meetings

Key Responsibilities:
Program Coordination & Delivery
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of cohort-based leadership programs (virtual, hybrid, and in-person)
- Manage program calendars, session schedules, learning milestones, and logistics
- Support facilitators and faculty during live sessions and workshops




- Ensure high-quality participant experience across the learning journey

Stakeholder Management
- Organize and conduct internal review meetings as well as contribute to design and ideation meetings
- Act as a key point of contact for corporate partners, facilitators, and internal teams
- Coordinate with external vendors including venues, travel, accommodation, merchandise and other consultants

Cohort & Participant Management
- Manage participant onboarding, attendance tracking, and engagement
- Support post-program follow-ups, reports, and impact summaries
- Support communication with participants before, during, and after programs to offer seamless onboarding

Operations & Travel
- Travel to program locations across India for on-ground coordination and delivery support
- Manage logistics including venues, materials, merchandise, branding travel arrangements, and on-site requirements
- Troubleshoot real-time challenges during program deli
