Minimum Qualification:
Diploma in:
Building Management Systems (BMS)

Electronics & Telecommunication (E&TC;)

Fire Safety Systems or related technical fields

Or related field

Experience Required:
Operational knowledge and hands-on experience with:
Access Control Systems

Fire Alarm Systems (FAS)

Water Leak Detection Systems (WLD)

NOVEC Fire Suppression Systems

WESDA (Wireless Early Smoke Detection Apparatus)

CCTV Surveillance Systems

Flap Barriers and sliding doors

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and operate BMS and CCTV systems to ensure optimal performance of building infrastructure

Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance of all integrated systems

Identify faults and troubleshoot issues across BMS, security, and fire safety systems

Coordinate with vendors for specialized maintenance and system upgrades

Maintain accurate logs of system events, faults, and resolutions

Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational standards





Support energy efficiency and automation initiatives

Assist in commissioning and integration of new systems into BMS

Additional Skills & Attributes:
Familiarity with BMS software platforms and system architecture

Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and fire safety integration

Ability to interpret system schematics

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Fast learner with adaptability to site-specific technologies

Good communication and coordination skills

Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):
BMS System Operation Training

Fire Safety & Emergency Response Certification

CCTV & Access Control System Training

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
