Role Overview

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who wants to grow by working in-person, closely with founders, product, and engineering teams.

This role is ideal for someone early in their design journey who already has robust fundamentals and wants to learn how real products are built — from idea to impact.

You won’t just design screens.
You’ll design experiences that shape how people relate to their minds.

What You’ll Design




- Core Ahhaa app journeys (daily practices, reflections, MindFit flows)
- Clean, mínimal, emotionally intelligent interfaces
- Habit-supporting UX that feels encouraging, not demanding
- Visual language aligned with awareness, clarity, and warmth
- Early community and reflection spaces
- Micro-interactions that gently guide attention

Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end UI/UX flows for the Ahhaa app
- Convert abstract ideas (awareness, emotions, pause, reflection) into usable UX
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Work in-person with developers to ship high-quality experiences
- Contribute to and maintain the Ahhaa design system
- Participate in product discussions and user feedback sessions
- Iterate designs based on learning, not ego
- Ensure consistency across platforms (iOS, Android, Web)

What We’re Looking For
