Key Responsibilities
- Respond to student inquiries via phone, walk-in, and online channels
- Provide accurate information about available courses, schedules, and admission procedures
- Support prospective students throughout the admission process
- Maintain records of inquiries and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Participate in outreach activities such as seminars or information sessions

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Prior experience in counselling, admissions, or customer service is preferred
- Basic understanding of higher education or healthcare-related programs is a plus
