This is a speed + creativity + performance-driven role.

Your Role (What You’ll Own)1. Short-Form Video Editing (Core Role)
- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & short-form videos:
- Deliver daily content with high consistency:
- Create edits that:
- Grab attention in first 2-3 seconds
- Retain viewers till the end
- Drive engagement & shares

2. Hook-Based, High-Retention Editing
- Add:
- Fast cuts
- Pattern interrupts
- Zooms, transitions
- Captions & subtitles
- Ensure videos are:
- Dynamic:
- Engaging:
- Non-boring

3. Subtitle & Caption Mastery
- Create bold, clean, high-impact subtitles:
- Highlight key words for attention




- Maintain readability + brand style

4. Trend-Based Editing
- Stay updated with:
- Viral Instagram formats
- Trending edits
- High-performing reel styles
- Adapt trends into business & finance content

5. Content Enhancement
- Add:
- Background music
- Sound effects
- Visual elements
- Improve raw footage quality through editing

6. Collaboration with Content Team
- Work closely with:
- Social Media Manager (Face of Brand)
- Marketing Team
- Understand:
- Script intent
- Hook
- Target audience
- Execute edits aligned with content strategy

7. Speed + Consistency
- Deliver daily edits without delays:
- Handle multiple videos per day:
- Maintain quality even at high speed

Who Should Apply
- 1-3 years of experience in video editing / reels editing:
- Strong understanding of:
