Competition Guru Coaching Institute is hiring an experienced and motivated Defence Counsellor to guide students preparing for NDA, CDS, AFCAT, and other Defence exams. The role involves career counselling, student conversion, and mentoring aspirants throughout their defence exam journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert counselling to students for NDA, CDS, AFCAT, Navy, and Air Force exams:
- Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries from students and parents
- Explain course details, batch timings, and fee structure
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counselling
- Guide students on eligibility, exam pattern, and career opportunities in defence services
- Maintain student database and follow-up with leads
- Coordinate with faculty and management for smooth student onboarding
- Conduct seminars, webinars, and career guidance sessions

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream (Defence background preferred)




- Strong knowledge of Defence exams (NDA, CDS, AFCAT, etc.)
- 1-3 years experience in counselling / education / sales preferred

- Strong interpersonal and counselling abilities
- Sales and conversion-oriented mindset
- Confidence in handling students and parents
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp handling)
- Experience in coaching institutes or education sector
