Position Overview

We are looking for a SCM Coordinator - Machine Tools - Middle East Operations to support Supply Chain Management, Spares, and Presales activities.

Reporting To: Deputy Manager - SCM (Machine Tools)

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate imported CNC machine shipments, including cargo arrangements and support for customs clearance
- Request and evaluate quotations from global suppliers for machines and spare parts
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely movement of goods
- Prepare technical and commercial offers for CNC machine tools
- Process supplier purchase orders after receipt of customer purchase orders
- Prepare order acknowledgements and maintain complete documentation
- Coordinate transportation to ensure on-time delivery to customers
- Create and maintain vendor and customer master data:
- Prepare accurate reports and MIS for senior manageme
