We offer curated, design-led pieces for modern luxury spaces, catering to homeowners, architects, and interior designers who value aesthetics, quality, and detail.

Role Overview
We are looking for a confident, well-presented, and articulate individual to join us as a Luxury Lighting & Décor Consultant. This is a client-facing role that combines in-store sales, relationship building with interior designers, and representing the brand across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Luxury In-Store Sales & Client Experience
- Deliver a refined, consultative experience to walk-in clients
- Understand client needs and recommend lighting and décor solutions
- Confidently handle premium customers and high-value transactions
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business

2. Interior Designer & Architect Relations
- Identify and connect with interior designers and architects in the region
- Initiate outreach via calls,



messages, and meetings
- Schedule showroom visits and build long-term collaborations
- Maintain a strong follow-up system for ongoing projects

3. Brand Representation & Content Presence
- Represent Aarbees London in social media content (Instagram reels, product videos, etc.)
- Present products confidently on camera
- Maintain a polished, well-groomed, and skilled appearance
- Excellent spoken English (Hindi/Punjabi is a plus)
- Confident, presentable, and personable
- Comfortable engaging with high-end clients and professionals
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Interest in interiors, lighting, or home décor
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented
- Comfortable being on camera

Experience
- 1-4 years in retail, luxury sales, hospitality, or client-facing roles preferred
- Freshers with exceptional communication and personality may also apply
