Role Overview
Looking for an experienced caretaker to manage a cow farm (starting with 5 cows, expanding later). This is a full-time stay-in role with accommodation provided on the farm.
Key Responsibilities
- Feeding and caring for cows
- Milking (morning & evening)
- Cleaning shed and maintaining hygiene
- Overall farm management
- Cultivation and maintenance of Napier grass / fodder
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in dairy farm work
- Knowledge of milking, feeding, and cow care
- Basic fodder cultivation knowledge
- Willing to stay on the farm full-time
- Honest, responsible, and hardworking
