Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests:
- Develop and maintain performance test scripts and frameworks:
- Analyze test results and identify system bottlenecks:
- Work closely with development and DevOps teams to optimize performance
- Monitor system performance using tools and dashboards
- Prepare detailed performance test reports with insights and recommendations
- Conduct root cause analysis and suggest improvements
- Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in performance testing tools like Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling
- Strong understanding of performance testing concepts (load, stress, spike, endurance testing)
- Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics
- Knowledge of API testing:
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins




- Basic understanding of scripting languages (Java, Python, or JavaScript)
- Experience with SQL and database performance tuning:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Exposure to microservices architecture:
- Experience in DevOps environments

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
