Role - Cold Caller - B2B Telecaller Specialist

Work Type : Bangalore - Work from Sales Office

Office Timings: 9.30am to 6.30pm IST

CTC : Above INR 4.75 Lakhs/ annum

Role Description

This is a full-time WFO role for a Cold Caller. The Cold Caller will be responsible for identifying potential leads, reaching out to prospects through outbound calls, setting up appointments,



and maintaining detailed records of interactions. The individual will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies, deliver compelling sales pitches, and address potential clients’ inquiries efficiently. This role requires proactive communication and a customer-focused approach to build and maintain positive relationships. This is a target based role.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Has a minimum of 3 years of cold-calling, lead generation, and client outreach experience
- Complete responsibility for Lead and Prospect Generation
- Having solid hands-on connections with Senior Business, Admin, Facility, Procurement leaders in large MNCs, Fortune 500 Companies would be preferable
- Good knowledge of IT/ITeS, BPO, GCC, Manufacturing & Banking/Fintech industries preferred
- Can speak confidently with CXOs, HODs in Admin, Procurement, Facility and finance team
