English Language Trainer / Spoken English Trainer

Learners:
Primary to Secondary students / Adults (as applicable)

Job Summary

The English Language Trainer will be responsible for improving learners’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. The trainer should have excellent command over spoken and written English and use interactive teaching methods to build learner confidence and fluency.

Key Responsibilities
- Train students in spoken and written English:
- Focus on:
- Grammar and vocabulary
- Pronunciation and fluency
- Sentence formation and communication skills
- Conduct interactive sessions (role plays, group discussions, activities)
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and practice exercises
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
- Help learners build confidence in public speaking:
- Use audio-visual aids and digital tools for effective training
- Maintain attendance and performance records
- Communicate progress with parents, students, or coordinators




- Participate in training sessions and academic meetings

Required Qualifications
- Graduate / Post Graduate in English or any discipline
- Spoken English / Language Training certification (preferred)
- Teaching qualifications (B.Ed., TESOL, TEFL, CELTA) are an advantage

Skills & Competencies
- Excellent spoken and written English:
- Strong grammar and pronunciation
- Confident presentation and classroom management skills
- Learner-friendly and motivating teaching style
- Basic computer and digital tool knowledge (PPT, online platforms)

Experience
- 1-3 years of teaching or language training experience preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
