AI & Robotics Trainer / STEM Trainer

Classes / Learners:
Upper Primary to Senior Secondary students (Grade 6-12) / Beginners to Intermediate level

Job Summary

The AI & Robotics Trainer will be responsible for teaching Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Coding fundamentals through hands-on, project-based learning. The trainer should be able to explain concepts clearly in English and inspire students to develop innovation, problem-solving, and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Train students in Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, and basic programming:
- Teach concepts such as:
- Robotics fundamentals (sensors, motors, controllers)
- Coding using Scratch / Python / Arduino / Block-based coding:
- Conduct hands-on practical sessions and lab activities:
- Guide students in building robotics and AI-based projects:
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and activity modules
- Use kits, simulators, and digital tools for effective training
- Ensure lab safety and proper handling of equipment
- Assess student performance through projects and practical tests




- Support students in competitions, exhibitions, and STEM events:
- Coordinate with school management and academic team
- Maintain lab inventory and equipment records

Required Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in:
- Robotics
- Computer Science
- Electronics
- AI / Data Science
- Mechatronics
- Teaching certification (preferred, not mandatory)
- STEM / Robotics certification is an added advantage

Skills & Competencies
- Robust knowledge of AI, Robotics, and basic electronics:
- Proficiency in English communication (spoken & written)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Arduino / Raspberry Pi
- Sensors & motors
- Robotics kits (LEGO, DIY kits, etc.)
- Basic programming knowledge (Python, Scratch, C/C++)
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for students
- Classroom and lab management skills
- Passion for innovation and technology education

- 1-3 years of teaching or training experi
