Job Summary

The Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for nurturing young learners by creating a safe, joyful, and engaging learning environment. The teacher will focus on early childhood development, including basic literacy, numeracy, motor skills, and social behavior, while communicating effectively in English.

Key Responsibilities
- Teach Nursery, LKG, and UKG students
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities (stories, rhymes, art, play-based learning)
- Develop basic skills:
- Alphabet & phonics
- Numbers & shapes
- Colors & patterns
- Fine and gross motor skills
- Use songs, games, storytelling, and visual aids for effective learning
- Maintain a protected, clean, and caring classroom environment:
- Observe and record each child’s progress and behavior
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding child development
- Encourage good habits, discipline, and social skills




- Participate in school events, training sessions, and meetings
- Ensure children’s safety and emotional well-being at all times

Required Qualifications
- Graduate:
- NTT / D.El.Ed / ECCE / Montessori Training (preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage

Skills & Competencies
- Good English communication skills:
- Patience, creativity, and love for children
- Classroom management skills for young learners
- Ability to engage children through play and activities
- Warm, friendly, and caring personality

Experience
- 0-2 years of teaching experience preferred
- Freshers with proper training and passion for teaching may apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
