The Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth and effective business processes. This role involves order processing, coordinating with delivery agents, managing staff, handling vendor relationships, maintaining inventory, and ensuring overall operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management:
- Process incoming orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate with the packaging team and ensure readiness for dispatch
- Assign and hand over orders to delivery agents
- Delivery Coordination:
- Monitor delivery timelines and ensure timely dispatch
- Communicate with delivery agents for updates and issue resolution
- Staff Management:
- Supervise daily activities of operational staff
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and task allocation
- Ensure discipline and productivity across the team
- Vendor Management:
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Place orders for required materials and supplies
- Ensure timely procurement and cost efficiency




- Inventory Management:
- Track inventory levels and maintain stock records
- Ensure availability of required materials at all times
- Conduct periodic stock checks and audits
- Communication & Coordination:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to operations
- Coordinate between different departments for smooth workflow
- Operational Efficiency:
- Monitor daily operations and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Resolve operational issues promptly

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage teams and work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of inventory and order management systems
