Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls related to school admissions. The role involves guiding parents, scheduling campus visits, and supporting the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective parents and handle inbound admission enquiries

Explain school programs, curriculum, facilities, and admission process clearly

Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM/lead tracker

Schedule campus visits and admission appointments

Coordinate with the admissions team for conversions

Meet daily calling and monthly admission targets

Maintain professional communication with parents at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate (any discipline preferred)

Prior experience in telecalling/admissions/sales is an added advantage

Valuable communication skills in English and local language

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM)

Pleasant personality with convincing skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
