Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Support Associate to handle digital outreach and chat-based communication. This is a 100% remote, non-voice role where you will be communicating with business owners to explain our services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling professional chat-based outreach to potential business clients.
- Answering questions about our AI services and how they help businesses grow.
- Coordinating with the sales team to schedule discovery calls.
- Maintaining daily logs of customer interactions.

Work Schedule:
- Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days per week).




- Shift Hours: 9:30 PM - 5:30 AM IST (Night Shift).
- Location: 100% Work from home.

Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
- Mandatory: Must have a personal laptop and a secure internet connection.
- Skills: Fast typing speed and clear written English.
- Shift: Must be able to work the full night shift schedule.

Compensation:
- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month.
- Incentives: Monthly performance-based bonuses.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
