Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans (phonics, numeracy, motor skills, social skills)
- Conduct activities like storytelling, rhymes, art & craft, and sensory play:
- Ensure a secure, caring, and stimulating classroom environment:
- Observe and track each child’s development and progress:
- Maintain classroom discipline using positive reinforcement techniques:
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s growth
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff for smooth classroom functioning

Qualifications




- Graduate in any field
- Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education (NTT/Montessori/ECE) preferred
- 0-3 years experience in preschool teaching (freshers can apply)

- Patience, empathy, and love for children
- Creativity and enthusiasm
- Basic classroom management skills

Salary

₹16,000 - ₹25,000/month (based on experience and skills)
