Store Handling
- A.Fern’s Bespoke Studio

The store handler will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day functioning of the bespoke studio, ensuring a seamless client experience and effective coordination with the tailoring team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Open and close the studio on time
- Welcome and attend to clients professionally
- Assist clients with fabric selection and basic styling guidance
- Take and record basic measurements (training will be provided)
- Maintain proper order records (client details, measurements, delivery dates, payments)
- Coordinate with the master/tailor for order execution and updates
- Ensure trial and delivery timelines are followed
- Keep the studio clean, organised, and presentable at all times




- Manage client communication via calls and WhatsApp
- Handle basic billing and payment tracking

Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Responsible, punctual, and organised
- Basic understanding of fashion or tailoring is a plus

Goal:
To ensure every client visiting the studio has a smooth, premium and personalised experience, even in the absence of the owner.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: On the road
