Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging ESL lessons focusing on LSRW skills
- Design structured language development programs for different grade levels
- Assess students’ language proficiency and provide personalized feedback
- Develop worksheets, activities, and assessment tools to improve language skills
- Conduct interactive classroom sessions, including group discussions, role plays, and presentations
- Support students in improving pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar
- Integrate technology and digital tools to enhance language learning
- Track student progress and maintain records of performance
- Prepare students for competitive exams, public speaking, and real-world communication

Required Qualifications & Skills




- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Linguistics, or related field
- Certification in ESL/TESOL/TEFL (preferred)
- Robust command of spoken and written English
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to teach students from diverse linguistic backgrounds
- Creative teaching approach with activity-based learning methods
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with digital teaching tools
- Immediate Joiners preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
