Job Title: Accounts & Payment Receivables Executive

Location: Jain Wire Netting Corporation Edapally Padivattom Kochi
Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (May extend up to 6:30 PM when required)

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience)

About the Role We are looking for an experienced and dependable Accounts & Payment Receivables Executive to be a key member of our Accounts & Payments Division. This role is ideal for someone who understands receivables, enjoys structured work, and can contribute ideas to improve payment processes and team efficiency. You will work closely with the accounts and collections team to ensure smooth coordination, accurate tracking, and timely follow-ups with customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments
- Preparation of invoices.
- Maintain debtor records, payment tracking, and ageing reports
- Assist with invoice verification and account reconciliation




- Coordinate with accounts and sales teams on payment updates
- Support reporting and MIS preparation
- Contribute ideas to improve payment systems and processes Requirements
- 1-2 years ’experience in accounts receivable or collections
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Good communication and follow-up skills
