Job Summary
We are seeking a presentable and customer-friendly individual to manage the front desk, attend walk-in clients, and assist in converting enquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend showroom walk-in customers
- Understand customer requirements and guide them on products
- Support the sales team in closing deals
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and follow-ups
- Maintain customer records and enquiry database
- Coordinate appointments and showroom visits
- Ensure front desk and showroom are well-presented
- Assist in basic billing and coordination
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in front office / sales / customer handling:
- Good communication skills (English & Malayalam)
- Pleasant personality and skilled appearance
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, billing software)
- Sales-oriented mindset with confidence to interact with customers
Salary & Benefits
