Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Perform detailed website audits to identify and fix SEO issues.
- Optimize website structure, URLs, internal linking, and crawlability.
- Improve website performance and resolve issues highlighted in Google PageSpeed Insights.
- Implement and manage schema markup and structured data.
- Execute diversified link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
- Identify high-quality backlink opportunities (guest posting, outreach, citations, PR links, etc.).
- Monitor backlinks and ensure quality, relevance, and compliance with search engine guidelines.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and SEO performance metrics.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with developers to implement technical SEO fixes.
- Optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP).
- Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, and indexing issues.
- Train and manage a team of interns as and when required

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in SEO.




- Strong expertise in technical SEO (crawlability, indexing, site architecture).
- Hands-on experience with Google PageSpeed Insights and performance optimization.
- Proven ability to resolve Core Web Vitals issues.
- Robust knowledge of schema markup, structured data, and microdata formats.
- Experience in executing diversified link-building strategies:
- Guest posting
- Outreach campaigns
- Directory/citation submissions
- Broken link building
- PR and high-authority backlinks
- Article & blog submissions
- Web 2.0 and profile creation
- Social Sharing and Bookmarking
- Tiered Link building
- Familiarity with SEO tools:
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics
- Bing and Yandex Webmaster Tools
- Ahrefs / SEMrush or similar tools
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
