Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and reach out to potential leads.
- Maintain a structured follow-up process to maximize conversions.
- Present and communicate MatriGrow’s value proposition effectively.
- Represent the MatriGrow brand with professionalism and integrity.
- Meet monthly sales targets while ensuring high-quality customer service.
- Use digital tools to track leads, update pipelines,



and submit daily reports.

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a sales-driven role with a good understanding of the sales funnel and closing techniques.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to handle objections confidently.
- Core Traits: Honest, disciplined, self-motivated, and capable of managing time effectively in a remote setup.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms for reporting and lead management.
