Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and patient-focused Tele Counsellor to manage incoming and outgoing calls, guide patients about treatments and services, handle CRM activities, and help convert inquiries into clinic visits.

Key Responsibilities Patient Handling & Counselling
- Attend inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Counsel patients regarding clinic services, treatments, pricing, and procedures.
- Understand patient concerns and provide accurate information.
- Build trust and maintain patient confidentiality.

Lead Management & Conversion
- Follow up on leads from CRM, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Convert inquiries into appointments and clinic visits.
- Maintain proper follow-up schedules to increase conversion rates.

CRM & Data Management
- Update patient records in CRM accurately.
- Track call logs, inquiries, and appointment status.
- Generate daily reports on leads and conversions.

Coordination
- Coordinate with doctors and front desk for appointment scheduling.
- Inform patients about pre
- and post-treatment instructions.

Required Skills:




- Excellent communication & persuasion skills.
- Fluent in Hindi & English (local language is a plus).
- Strong convincing and counselling ability.
- Basic computer & CRM knowledge.
- Good listening and patient-handling skills.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any field (preferred).
- Experience in telecalling, counselling, or healthcare CRM is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
