Work with children with Autism, ADHD, and developmental challenges using sports, play, and movement-based therapy to improve gross motor skills, coordination, behavior, and social interaction. Key Responsibilities Assess motor skills and create individualized therapy plans Conduct one-on-one & group sports therapy sessions Improve balance, coordination, strength, attention, and social skills Maintain progress reports and guide parents for home activities Ensure safe and structured therapy environment Collaborate with multidisciplinary team Qualifications & Experience Degree in Sports Therapy / Sports Science / Physical Education / Physiotherapy (freshers can apply) Experience with special children preferred Key Skills Child development understanding Activity planning & behavior handling Strong communication, patience & creativity Salary Negotiable (as per experience) Reporting To Center Head / Clinical Director
