About the Company:Paprika Idea Labs is a brand alliances and on-ground marketing agency that helps brands reach consumers through innovative activations across cafes, gyms, colleges, co-working spaces, and other high-footfall touchpoints.

About the Role

We’re looking for someone who can execute on-ground marketing campaigns across cafes, gyms, colleges, co-working spaces, and more. This is not an event management role, this is about making brands visible and active where consumers actually hang out.

What You’ll Do

Primary Role
- Tie-up and execute brand activations across partner venues (cafes, gyms, colleges, etc.)
- Coordinate with venues, vendors, and promoters on-ground
- Set up branding (posters, standees, sampling, QR activations)
- Manage day-to-day operations of campaigns across locations
- Ensure smooth execution and troubleshoot on-ground issues
- Support brand partnerships and alliance coordination

Who You Are




- 6 months-2 years experience in marketing / activations / BTL / field work
- Comfortable with on-ground, fast-paced execution
- Good at coordination, follow-ups, and getting things done
- Great Communication Skills
- Adapt at making presentations, proposals

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
