Bartender - Job Description

Job Summary:
The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing excellent customer service in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area
- Check customer identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Monitor alcohol consumption and promote responsible drinking
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
