A BPO Trainer designs and delivers training programs to new hires and existing employees to ensure proficiency in client processes, soft skills, and customer service excellence. They bridge the gap between operations and quality by identifying skill gaps, conducting refresher training, and improving agent performance through coaching.
- Key Responsibilities
- Training Delivery: Conducting new hire training (NEST), soft skills training, and process-specific workshops.
- Curriculum Development: Creating, updating, and designing training materials, presentations, and assessmbments.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitoring live calls and evaluating agent performance during On-the-Job Training (OJT) to provide feedback.
- Needs Analysis: Identifying training needs through quality audits and collaboration with team leaders.
- Quality Assurance:



Ensuring training aligns with client requirements and performance metrics.
- HRequired Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Generally 2-6 years in a BPO environment, with specific experience as a trainer
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Expertise: Robust knowledge of BPO processes, call handling techniques, and customer service standards.
- Facilitation: Strong presentation and classroom management skills.
- Tools: Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹39,035.19 per month
