Manage and update customer databases using CRM software (such as Salesforce CRM, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot CRM)
- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies
- Track customer interactions, feedback, and complaints
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities

- Monitor campaign performance and generate reports
