Job Summary
A Milling Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining milling machines to manufacture precision components used in packaging machines. The role ensures high accuracy, adherence to technical drawings, and consistent product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate conventional and CNC milling machines to produce machine components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.:
- Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine settings (speed, feed, depth).
- Perform machining operations such as slotting, drilling, boring, and surface milling.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
