Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Academic Delivery_
- Teach Physics to students preparing for:
- Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main & Advanced)
- National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG)
- Cover complete syllabus of Classes XI & XII (CBSE + Competitive Level).
- Teach topics including:_
- Mechanics
- Thermodynamics
- Waves & Oscillations
- Electricity & Magnetism
- Optics
- Modern Physics
- Curriculum Planning & Content Development_
- Prepare structured annual, monthly & weekly lesson plans.
- Develop:
- Study materials
- Practice sheets (Basic to Advanced level)
- DPPs (Daily Practice Problems)
- Mock tests & full-length test papers
- Analyze previous year question papers of JEE & NEET.
- Update content as per latest NTA pattern.
- Student Assessment & Performance Monitoring_
- Conduct:
- Weekly tests
- Monthly assessments
- Full syllabus mock tests
- Evaluate answer sheets and provide performance feedback.




- Identify weak students and conduct doubt-clearing sessions.
- Guide students on exam strategy, time management & problem-solving techniques.
- Mentorship & Guidance_
- Motivate students for high performance.
- Provide career guidance related to:
- Engineering streams
- Medical streams
- Conduct parent-teacher interaction sessions (if required).
- Track individual student progress.
- Required Qualifications:_
- M.Sc. / M.Tech. / B.Tech. (Physics or relevant specialization).
- Minimum 2 years experience in IIT-JEE / NEET coaching (preferred).
- Robust command over numerical problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to teach both Hindi & English medium (preferred).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
