Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations for our logistics business.
The role involves financial reporting, taxation, compliance, cost control, MIS, and business partnering, and will report directly to the CFO.

This is an excellent opportunity for a CA looking to grow in a listed company environment with hands-on exposure to business and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Monitor cash flows, working capital,



and fund utilization
- Ensure accurate accounting of revenue, expenses, and provisions

Taxation & Compliance
- Handle GST compliances including returns, reconciliations, audits, and assessments
- Manage TDS, income tax filings, and statutory compliances
- Coordinate with tax consultants and government authorities
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, ROC filings, and other regulatory requirements

Cost Control & Profitability Analysis
- Analyze route-wise, vehicle-wise, and client-wise profitability:
- Monitor and control logistics costs (fuel, maintenance, third-party transport, warehousing)
- Support pricing decisions, contracts, and commercial evaluations

Audit & Internal Controls
- Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits
- Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and compliance frameworks
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal policies
