About SRS Fabrics

SRS Fabrics is a growing garment manufacturing and B2B apparel company based in Mumbai, specializing in T-shirts, sweatshirts, oversized garments and other hosiery products.

We are looking for a responsible, hands-on and multi-tasking Office Operations & Administration Executive who can take ownership of the day-to-day operational requirements of our office.

This is an ideal position for someone who is practical, dependable, valuable with computers and willing to handle different types of office responsibilities instead of limiting themselves to one particular task.

Key Responsibilities

Office Operations & Administration
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
- Ensure routine office requirements are completed smoothly.
- Coordinate with electricians, computer technicians, printer technicians and other service providers.
- Handle basic troubleshooting of computers, printers and other office equipment.
- Maintain office-related records and documentation.

Petty Cash & Basic Accounts Support
- Handle daily petty cash expenses.




- Maintain proper petty cash records and supporting bills.
- Make sales invoices/bills when the accountant is unavailable.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for billing and documentation.
- Ensure expenses and bills are properly recorded and maintained.

Dispatch & Logistics
- Prepare delivery challans and dispatch-related documents.
- Coordinate and dispatch finished goods.
- Book Porter, courier and other transportation services.
- Coordinate with transporters and delivery personnel.
- Ensure the correct quantity and items are dispatched.
- Follow up on deliveries whenever required.

Stock & Goods Verification
- Physically tally goods with order/dispatch records.
- Check quantities, sizes and colours before dispatch.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/production team.
- Identify and report any stock mismatch or shortage.

Production / Design Support
- Prepare DTF files when the designer is unavail
